HOBOCOP takes viewers back to 1999 in this prequel to the Death-Scort Service series that introduces us to disgraced former police office Buddy Ross. Now a shadow of his former self, he finds himself homeless and adrift on the gritty streets of Tampa, struggling against the tide of adversity, a man at the mercy of a harsh and unforgiving world. Refusing to be crushed by despair, Buddy decides to get his revenge by taking the law into his own hands.
